You'll lead operations at our Hong Kong store, overseeing a guest-centric culture and driving operational excellence. You'll maximize profitability through local marketing and ensure a premium VR experience for all guests.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead store operations and guide team in all areas
• Drive sales and KPIs through coaching and goal setting
• Maintain guest experience and handle de-escalation
• Manage schedules, labor spend, and facility maintenance
• Conduct hardware/software checks and troubleshoot tech issues

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership in retail or hospitality
• Proficiency in retail math and P&L analysis
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Comfort with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with VR or immersive technology
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Knowledge of customer service de-escalation techniques
