🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor daily performance of installation and production employees and subcontractor crews
• Maintain quality control from product ordering through installation
• Conduct hiring and terminations of installers and production staff
• Handle customer complaint resolutions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Residential Remodeling experience with replacement windows
• 2+ years of Project Management experience
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Conflict resolution and strong communication skills
