💼 About This Role

You'll join the Service Delivery Management team to help engineering teams build, operate, and scale reliable cloud-based systems. You'll act as Incident Commander, lead post-mortems, and champion chaos engineering to strengthen incident preparedness. This internship offers hands-on experience with modern SRE practices at a leading health tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as Incident Commander during SaaS availability events
• Lead blameless post-mortem retrospectives
• Facilitate change enablement practices with engineering teams
• Conduct Chaos Engineering activities for incident preparedness

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (completed or final year)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (Azure, Kubernetes, SQL)
• Experience with programming and scripting languages such as Bash, Java, Python, TypeScript
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (AppDynamics, Prometheus, ELK)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, SRE, ITIL, or Scrum practices
• Ability to build insightful data visualizations using any BI tool
