💼 About This Role

You'll lead consultative sales cycles for Yoodli's AI roleplay platform, driving adoption across mid-market and enterprise segments. Your core impact will be landing new accounts and expanding existing ones through value-based selling. This role offers high autonomy and a chance to shape an early-stage sales team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle sales for enterprise accounts
  • Run deep, rigorous discovery to understand buyer challenges
  • Lead multi-threaded sales motions across stakeholders
  • Deliver compelling, ROI-driven sales narratives

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales with consistent quota attainment
  • High emotional intelligence to detect and adapt to buyer apathy
  • Experience with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar value-based methodologies
  • Skilled in signal recognition, objection handling, and pipeline management

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to GTM leaders (enablement, L&D, revops)
  • Familiarity with Gong, Outreach, Clay, or HubSpot
  • Incorporating AI into sales workflows
