💼 About This Role
You'll lead consultative sales cycles for Yoodli's AI roleplay platform, driving adoption across mid-market and enterprise segments. Your core impact will be landing new accounts and expanding existing ones through value-based selling. This role offers high autonomy and a chance to shape an early-stage sales team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle sales for enterprise accounts
- Run deep, rigorous discovery to understand buyer challenges
- Lead multi-threaded sales motions across stakeholders
- Deliver compelling, ROI-driven sales narratives
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales with consistent quota attainment
- High emotional intelligence to detect and adapt to buyer apathy
- Experience with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar value-based methodologies
- Skilled in signal recognition, objection handling, and pipeline management
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling to GTM leaders (enablement, L&D, revops)
- Familiarity with Gong, Outreach, Clay, or HubSpot
- Incorporating AI into sales workflows
