Description

You will lead and mentor a Platform Engineering (DevOps/SRE) team, own cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, and drive cross-team initiatives in security, compliance, and engineering efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with product engineering teams and leverage modern AI-enabled tooling to accelerate development.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading teams with at least 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Experienced in leading DevOps/SRE or platform teams in a cloud-native environment (AWS, GCP).
• Strong project and program management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional alignment.
• Able to provide broad technical guidance and engage with engineers at all levels.
• Experienced in leading distributed teams with strong communication practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the Platform Engineering team.
• Own operation and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive cross-team initiatives in security and compliance (e.g., reducing Snyk vulnerabilities).
• Establish roadmaps, milestones, and progress reporting (e.g., OKRs).
• Identify bottlenecks and lead improvements to increase engineering velocity.
