Requirements
- Bachelor's degree + 15 years or advanced degree + 8 years progressive commercial experience in biotech/pharma
- Proven success developing and executing global commercial strategy
- Strong clinical and scientific acumen with ability to translate data into commercial implications
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for oncology
