🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead small Pariveda teams and develop teammates' skills
• Diagnose and solve complex problems for Fortune-500 clients
• Execute projects from start to finish across the SDLC

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Experience with technical leadership (coaching, leading project pieces)
• Legally authorized to work for any company in Canada without sponsorship
• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, CS, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience

• Client-facing or consulting experience
• Adaptable attitude and ability to balance multiple responsibilities
• Experience explaining concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
