• Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles from sourcing to offer
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to scope hiring needs
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, networking, and creative methods
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate logistics

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Familiarity with engineering roles and terminology in hardware
• Strong command of ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
