💼 About This Role

You'll lead nanoimprint lithography process development for next-generation augmented reality displays at Magic Leap. You'll own process optimization from early R&D through manufacturing transfer, driving yield and scalability. This role offers hands-on work with advanced lithography equipment in a cutting-edge AR technology environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize nanoimprint lithography (JFIL) processes for eyepiece fabrication
• Design and execute DOEs to improve process performance, yield, and defectivity
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced lithography and metrology equipment in cleanroom
• Analyze process data using JMP/Python to drive improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in nanoimprint lithography, semiconductor processing, or nanofabrication
• BS/MS in physics, chemistry, engineering or related field (or PhD)
• Hands-on experience with DOEs and yield improvement
• Experience with cleanroom process and metrology equipment

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with nanoimprint lithography (JFIL or NIL)
• Experience scaling processes from R&D to high-volume manufacturing
• Optical or photonic device fabrication experience, including waveguides
