You'll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of law, technology, and product, supporting client-facing pilots and onboarding for an AI-native legal workspace. You'll design and evaluate use cases for AI on real legal tasks and translate user insights into actionable product feedback. This role offers global collaboration across Europe, APAC, and North America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support client-facing pilots, onboarding, and training
• Design and evaluate use cases for AI on legal tasks
• Capture user insights and translate into product feedback
• Document best practices and contribute to deployment playbooks

📋 Requirements

• J.D. preferred or legal work experience (paralegal, clerk)
• 0-2 years experience in legal or legal innovation
• Tech curiosity: eager to engage with AI and product features
• Strong communication: translate between lawyers and technologists
