Description

You'll lead the Softlines business at Riot Games, driving strategic direction for OEM and licensed merchandise across Riot's portfolio of IP. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure products are aligned, on track, and creatively presented, delivering thoughtful physical product experiences for players worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years developing consumer product programs for entertainment/game IP
• Minimum 5 years in product/category management, product marketing, business development or licensing
• Proven success cultivating relationships with global licensees, manufacturers and retailers
• Experience with project management tools and spreadsheet programs

Responsibilities

• Support annual global category plan setting strategic direction for OEM and licensed merchandise
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with brand and game objectives
• Manage OEM P&L to meet budget and profitability targets
• Oversee licensee relationships from contract negotiation to execution
• Conduct market trend analysis and sales forecasting to inform product selection
