You'll lead the execution and optimization of web initiatives for America's top cosmetic surgery specialist. You'll drive patient acquisition and lead generation through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Operations. This role offers a hybrid schedule in Chicago and the opportunity to shape digital patient experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define strategic priorities and implement the web roadmap
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver web initiatives on time and within scope
• Drive website optimization through testing, personalization, SEO, and UX improvements
• Manage program processes including intake, prioritization, and resource coordination

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in web program management, digital product management, or marketing operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional web or digital initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Unbounce, Adobe Experience Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., GA4)
