Your work will directly reduce customer friction and protect the bottom line by owning global fraud policies and cross-functional alignment.   • Architect global error categorization and compensation vision
  • Steer end-to-end A/B testing roadmap for compensation
  • Oversee global compensation spend with data-driven insights
  • Own and evolve global Fraud and Compensation policy framework

  • Obsessive customer centricity with strategic empathy
  • Advanced analytical reasoning with SQL/Excel proficiency
  • Credible stakeholder leadership to align cross-functional teams
  • Strategic project management for global execution
