Your work will directly reduce customer friction and protect the bottom line by owning global fraud policies and cross-functional alignment. - Architect global error categorization and compensation vision
- Steer end-to-end A/B testing roadmap for compensation
- Oversee global compensation spend with data-driven insights
- Own and evolve global Fraud and Compensation policy framework

- Obsessive customer centricity with strategic empathy
- Advanced analytical reasoning with SQL/Excel proficiency
- Credible stakeholder leadership to align cross-functional teams
- Strategic project management for global execution
