💼 About This Role

You'll oversee compounding operations and act as a subject matter expert for a leading health platform. You'll ensure quality and safety while dispensing medications in compliance with regulations. This role involves training staff and coordinating with R&D to develop new compounded formulations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform compounding procedures and QA/QC checks
• Train and evaluate compounding personnel
• Oversee equipment use and compounding environment
• Collaborate with R&D on new formulation scale-up

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years pharmacist experience with 1+ year compounding
• Active Pharmacist License in Ohio
• Knowledge of USP <795> and <797> standards
• Ability to wear respirator and PPE
