You will manage cross-functional projects and implementations within the Care Navigation Operations team, focusing on project management, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to improve departmental performance and drive change management initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years in program management in a healthcare environment
• 2+ years delivering projects/programs independently and in a team
• 2+ years using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Google Suite, Big Query, and/or Excel
• Successfully executed enterprise-wide initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects
• Evaluate departmental performance by creating and analyzing data and metrics
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for change management and risk mitigation
• Mentor team members and promote professional development
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
