You'll serve as a technical advisor for CodeRabbit customers in the Enterprise tier, leading onboarding and implementation of our AI-powered code review platform. You'll ensure customers realize full value by configuring integrations and driving adoption. This role offers the chance to shape the customer experience at a fast-growing AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers
• Configure integrations with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
• Deliver training and enablement sessions to drive adoption
• Act as technical escalation point for complex issues

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role
• 2+ years in a startup-like environment
• Experience leading enterprise customer onboarding
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with container orchestration like Kubernetes
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Experience supporting production environments
