You'll own the vision and strategy for Atmosera's core platforms (AMP and SERA) as a player-coach leader. Your impact will drive platform scale and AI-powered automation across a global engineering organization. This role uniquely blends deep technical execution with cross-border cultural integration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap for internal management platform AMP to reduce manual overhead
• Lead the development of AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
• Drive the client-facing portal SERA to visualize service health and value
• Manage and integrate distributed engineering teams across US and LATAM

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of combined product and engineering leadership
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Proven experience managing culturally integrated, distributed teams
• Deep technical understanding of Microsoft Azure ecosystem and AI workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in an MSP or IT services environment
• Hands-on experience with vendor AI tools like Copilot Studio
• Track record of building platforms that drive exponential capacity
