You'll provide onsite technical services for Mission Critical Cooling Systems, handling installation, commissioning, and preventative maintenance. Your work ensures uptime and reliability for critical infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems in a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver installation, startup, and commissioning support
• Fault isolation of electro-mechanical systems
• Respond to onsite dispatches per SLAs
• Maintain accurate records in CRM system

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of field service or technical support experience
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems, servos, sensors, actuators
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Experience with 200-440 volt equipment
