💼 About This Role

You'll own the European events program at Clay, a B2B SaaS company, producing experiences from intimate dinners to large conferences. You'll drive measurable business impact by connecting event strategy to pipeline and brand goals. You'll build cross-market vendor relationships and scalable processes across Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and produce B2B events across key European tech hubs
• Define event goals and success metrics with stakeholders
• Manage venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and on-day execution
• Develop repeatable playbooks and scalable event processes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B event production experience
• Proven track record delivering events in European markets
• Experience managing multi-city logistics across 2-3 countries
• Strong vendor and budget management skills
