You'll manage a portfolio of accounts as their trusted advisor, ensuring they get maximum value from Clara's spend management platform. Your core impact will be driving customer retention and identifying growth opportunities across the account lifecycle. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing in a fast-paced fintech environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive retention and value.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client base.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing on customer needs.
- Use data to monitor account health and solve customer issues.
π Requirements
- 2β3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
- Background in fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Analytical skills using spreadsheets or Metabase.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Familiarity with product usage monitoring or customer health scoring.
