💼 About This Role

You'll lead the hiring strategy for a series B startup backed by top investors, partnering directly with founders to scale the engineering and operations team. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle and build a repeatable hiring engine from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and close exceptional engineering and product talent
• Partner with founders on hiring plans and role definitions
• Design and iterate on sourcing strategies and interview loops
• Build relationships within technical and startup communities

📋 Requirements

• 2–8 years of full-cycle recruiting in early-stage or high-growth startups
• Proven ability to recruit technical talent (engineers)
• Experience hiring across technical and operational roles
• Willingness to work 5 days a week in the San Francisco office
