Description

You will lead critical customer journeys that define how users interact with Careem, shaping end-to-end experiences for booking rides, tracking orders, and more across platform and rides domains. You will work hands-on with cross-functional teams to drive product KPIs related to engagement, retention, and journey completion.

Requirements

• 9–12 years total experience, including senior-level product management in B2C tech
• Exceptional communication skills and strong product thinking with sharp user focus
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, interpret data, and drive complex feature sets end-to-end
• Fluency in SQL or data analysis tools
• Nice to have: background in UX design or research, experience with multi-vertical platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for customer journey experiences across verticals
• Define and improve flows such as ride creation, order tracking, and delivery visibility
• Work hands-on with designers, engineers, analysts, and researchers to craft seamless experiences
• Own product KPIs related to engagement, retention, and journey completion
• Drive decision-making using insights from experiments, dashboards, and qualitative feedback
