You'll monitor federal and state policy debates on child care, paid leave, and family policy, and support the Independent Women's team. Your core impact will be drafting policy papers, issue briefs, and advocacy materials to advance principled reforms. This role is part of the Koch Associate Program, a career accelerator for social entrepreneurs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments on family policy
• Draft policy papers, blogs, and op-eds
• Create and maintain resources tracking key legislation
• Support messaging and communications strategy

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interest in family policy (child care, paid leave)
