You'll lead operations at a satellite repair facility specializing in dedicated fleet maintenance, overseeing a two-bay shop with a small technician team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily shop operations and maintain a team of two technicians.
• Diagnose repair needs and assist technicians with service orders.

• Monitor technician productivity and shop performance against benchmarks.
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure work meets expectations.

📋 Requirements

• Valid Class A driver's license (preferred)
• Previous experience in heavy-duty diesel repair with diagnostic skills
• Prior leadership or shop management experience preferred
• Knowledge of OEM diagnostic software like Cummins and PACCAR systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Snap-on and JPRO diagnostic platforms
• Experience with front-loaded cement mixers and tri-axle dump trucks
