Description

You will lead the design of engine structures and piping, oversee structural analysis across propulsion systems, manage hardware budgets, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery. You will develop the technological roadmap, define engine dynamic behavior, and lead the Integrated Engine Design team, including recruitment and career development.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
• 8+ years of experience in rocket propulsion development
• Expertise in cryogenic propulsion systems and complete engine assembly
• Strong background in structural design, development, and testing of propulsion hardware
• Hands-on experience with regeneratively cooled chambers, rotating parts, and engine structures

Responsibilities

• Develop technological roadmap for engine structures and piping hardware
• Oversee structural analysis of propulsion hardware including thermo-mechanical, thermal, dynamic, and fatigue analysis
• Define engine dynamic behavior and ensure compliance with subsystem requirements
• Lead and coach the Integrated Engine Design team, including recruitment and performance evaluations
• Manage development schedules, work packages, and track system progress
