You'll join the Domain Engineering team to build scalable backend systems for Anchorage Digital's crypto platform. You'll ensure a robust technology stack that enables product teams to focus on customer features. As a federally chartered crypto bank, we offer unique opportunities in the digital asset space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify stack improvements.
• Establish shared libraries focusing on standardization and code quality.
• Implement application observability projects (metrics, logging, tracing).
• Ship code that impacts the entire engineering organization.

📋 Requirements

• Expert coding skills in Golang.
• Proven experience in establishing shared libraries across teams.
• Experience with application observability (performance metrics, log aggregation, tracing, alerting).

✨ Nice to Have

• Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, Gitops, Helm.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and security.
