Description

You will serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees within an assigned region or function, executing core people programs and providing coaching on performance, talent processes, employee relations, and lifecycle management. You'll ensure consistent policy application and support compensation cycles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5–7 years of HR generalist, HR Ops, or COE experience in fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience supporting managers through performance, compensation, ER, and people cycles
  • Experience operating within a COE-driven HR service delivery model
  • Strong judgment, documentation standards, and clear communication

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary HR contact for managers, guiding performance conversations and team challenges
  • Execute performance reviews, calibration, promotions, and compensation cycles
  • Handle first-line employee relations matters and conduct investigations within defined scope
  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure accurate employee lifecycle processes
  • Support compensation program application and enforce wage and hour compliance
