You'll validate financial instruments (fixed income, derivatives, equity) and support new product structuring at XP Inc., a leading Brazilian financial institution. You'll ensure quality of accounting data for managerial reports and regulatory obligations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Validate fixed income, derivatives, equity, and transitory instruments
• Support structuring of new financial products with accounting impact
• Integrate data and systems, proposing improvements and solutions
• Ensure quality of accounting information for reports and regulations

📋 Requirements

• Experience in closing routines and management reconciliation
• Practical knowledge of IFRS 9 (CPC 48)
• Knowledge of financial instruments (derivatives, funds, fixed income, equity)
• Proficiency in ERP systems and automation tools (Excel, Power BI, VBA, SQL, Python)

• Participation in multidisciplinary projects (accounting, tech, products)
• Experience in accounting integration and automation projects
• Experience in regulated environments (BACEN, CVM, SUSEP)
