You'll partner with EMEA Sales leadership to set GTM strategy and build the operating system that drives execution across diverse markets. You'll translate market nuance into clear choices and remove operational bottlenecks to accelerate enterprise deals. This role offers the chance to shape how an AI platform scales across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with regional leaders to set country/industry priorities
  • Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles with targets and capacity assumptions
  • Build territory and account segmentation models
  • Create and maintain EMEA-relevant value propositions and sales plays

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales strategy or revenue operations
  • Hands-on experience partnering with EMEA Sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills converting data into actionable insights
  • Experience with territory design and bottoms-up planning

  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments scaling EMEA
  • Familiarity with regulated selling environments in EMEA
