• Lead engineering teams including recruitment, mentorship, and performance evaluation
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the engineering department
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of products and features

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years managing software engineering teams in agile environment
• 12-15 years designing and operationalizing software products at scale
• High proficiency in written and verbal English communication
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Cloud Native applications (AWS Preferred)
• Multi-tenant/microservices architecture
