💼 About This Role

You'll own the LiveOps and product performance strategy for one or more mobile games, driving retention and monetization through data-driven iteration. You'll act as the central product owner, coordinating cross-functional teams to optimize mature game systems. This fully remote role offers high autonomy in a global, flat-structured environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive LiveOps strategy for mobile game titles
• Design, plan, and optimize in-game events and offers
• Analyze player behavior and key metrics to identify improvements
• Coordinate across BI, design, development, QA, and community teams

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Product Manager or LiveOps Manager
• Strong experience with mobile games, particularly casual or puzzle titles
• Deep understanding of game KPIs including retention, engagement, and LTV
• Proven experience in LiveOps and data-driven optimization

• 6+ years of experience in product or LiveOps management
• Experience optimizing existing game systems rather than new features
• Familiarity with progression systems and player motivation
