💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy AI Agentic Solutions using Workato's platform for enterprise orchestration. You'll drive customer impact by architecting scalable RAG systems and agent-based workflows. You'll also support US business hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and implement agent-based AI solutions using Workato Agentic AI platform.
• Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Develop advanced prompting and memory management for LLMs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in design and development.
• 3+ years experience with Workato platform required.
• Proven experience in AI engineering focused on agent-based systems.
• BTech/BE in Computer Science, AI, or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years with integration platforms (TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Experience with cloud business apps like Workday, Salesforce.
• 2-3 years coding experience (Java/Python/Ruby).
