You'll own end-to-end equity administration processes for a high-growth distributed organization. You'll ensure data integrity and governance across Finance, Legal, and HR while improving transparency around total rewards. This role blends hands-on administration with process design in a fast-moving environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage equity grants, vesting, exercises, and terminations
• Maintain cap table accuracy and governance standards
• Partner with Finance and Legal for audits and reporting
• Support compensation planning cycles and benchmarking

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in equity administration or compensation
• Strong understanding of equity structures and cap tables
• Solid foundation in compensation principles and analysis
• High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SEC reporting or proxy statements
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
• Experience with global or multi-jurisdiction equity programs
