💼 About This Role

You'll process ACH and wire transactions for a fintech bank that powers embedded financial products. Your work ensures accurate payment operations and supports client compliance. You'll grow within a collaborative, technology-driven payments team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and process ACH requests within established timelines.
• Review stop payments, WSUDs, and complete ACH returns.
• Process chargebacks, exception items, adjustments, and returns.
• Audit cash reports and assist with daily operational reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of banking experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Reg E and payment disputes.
• Familiarity with RDC and ATM deposit processing.
• Knowledge of ACH and wire transfer operations.
