🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate same-day caregiver scheduling and staffing changes.
• Serve as first point of contact for urgent client and family needs.
• Execute operational tasks like check-ins and managing inbound communications.
• Address service delivery challenges with urgency and professionalism.
• Accurately document client updates, staffing changes, and escalations.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in customer service or operations in healthcare, staffing, or call center.
• Hands-on experience with real-time scheduling, dispatch, or triage.
• Demonstrated tech fluency with CRM, EMR, or workforce management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; skilled in de-escalation and empathy.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to full participation in training and shifts.
