💼 About This Role

You'll co-lead a group of campers through outdoor activities like mountain biking, rock climbing, and kayaking. Safety is your top priority as you teach risk management and foster a love for the outdoors. This role offers bonuses for specialized certifications and a chance to inspire kids.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead campers in mountain biking, climbing, kayaking, and canoeing.
• Manage risk and teach safe recreation practices.
• Model and guide appropriate behavior and attitudes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to campers and parents.

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old by start of camp.
• Drivers: minimum 20 years old, valid license, clean driving record.
• Basic First Aid, CPR, and Mandatory Reporter certification by camp start.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ years of experience working with kids.
• Experience in core sports (preferred for specialists).
• Specialized outdoor certifications.
