🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements
• Analyze historical and projected operating trends and quality of earnings
• Coach junior team members on multiple complex engagements
• Manage client and third-party diligence providers throughout transactions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of transaction advisory experience
• Majority of experience in Big Four firms
• Professional services background
• Bachelor's degree in Financial/Accounting field
