You'll lead and scale new logo sales for Emburse's AI-powered financial operations platform, targeting mid-market companies with 1,000–3,500 employees. Your core impact is elevating execution, strengthening pipeline rigor and scaling a repeatable sales motion while managing multi-stakeholder deals with C-suite executives. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a high-performance culture in a growth-stage environment with strong cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives for new logo acquisition
- Establish pipeline generation and forecast accuracy through disciplined cadences
- Coach reps on multi-threaded deal strategy and stakeholder engagement
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, SDRs, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years of sales leadership in SaaS or technology
- 8+ years overall sales experience in complex solution-based selling
- Proven success leading Mid-Market or Enterprise teams with long sales cycles
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
