💼 About This Role

You'll own the infrastructure and tools that keep Freetrade running, from onboarding to offboarding. Your work will enable seamless operations for a growing fintech company. You'll drive automation and security best practices while shaping how we scale IT operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage and resolve day-to-day IT support requests.
• Manage identity and access management across the employee lifecycle.
• Enforce security best practices including patch management and device policies.
• Manage full hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning.
• Administer cloud collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT administration and operations.
• Hands-on experience with macOS device management (Jamf).
• Technical expertise in Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Jira, and GCP.
• Experience with asset lifecycle and IT procurement.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with network fundamentals (VPN, ZTNA).
• Knowledge of security and privacy best practices.
• Experience automating workflows.
