💼 About This Role

You'll provide real-time clinical software support to cancer clinics using Radformation products, troubleshooting issues in radiation oncology workflows. Your work directly impacts patient treatment quality, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery. This fully remote role offers the chance to collaborate across teams and solve challenging clinical problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and screen share
• Manage a high-volume case load of 10–20 cases per day
• Provide meaningful initial responses within one hour
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS
• Strong understanding of radiation oncology treatment planning workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years of clinical dosimetry experience
• CMD credential
• Experience using Radformation software
