You'll advance and execute pit parties for Monster Jam events, coordinating with venue staff, performers, vendors, and sponsors. • Advance all operational aspects of pit parties
• Coordinate travel and transportation for event staff
• Work with venue staff to meet company needs
• Establish layout and secure vendors for pit parties

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or three plus years related experience
• Experience working with and managing large events
• Valid driver's license and Passport
• Able to work irregular hours including nights and weekends

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of live event terms and directions
• Experience with stage construction or rigging
• Familiarity with computer networking and MS Office
