You'll manage the lifecycle of television programming across multiple markets, ensuring operational success by handling complex schedules and contracts. You'll act as the primary liaison between syndicators, Program Managers, and local stations for data coordination across broadcasting platforms.

  • Create and maintain network and syndication schedules in program management systems.
  • Maintain syndication information in internal programming databases.
  • Act as primary contact for syndicator portals, distributing critical metadata.
  • Enter new syndication contracts and monitor program usage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with program management systems and listings guides for linear/streaming.
  • Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry across multiple systems.
