You'll help design and evolve a large-scale healthcare interoperability platform focused on securely retrieving, processing, and delivering patient records. You will work at the intersection of modern cloud engineering, healthcare integrations, and FHIR to build scalable backend systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for healthcare interoperability.
• Build and optimize FHIR-based integrations with EHR platforms.
• Modernize legacy integrations and evolve distributed architectures.
• Lead technical decision-making for interoperability services.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise with C#, .NET Framework/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Proven experience building and operating API-driven distributed systems in production.
• Hands-on experience with FHIR-based integrations and healthcare workflows.

• Experience with major EHR platforms such as Epic, Meditech, or NextGen.
• Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant patient data handling.
