You'll oversee all construction activities for semiconductor factory cleanroom environments, including new builds and upgrades. You'll maintain responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget while collaborating with the on-site construction management team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage construction activities for semiconductor cleanroom environments.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience as Project Manager or Superintendent in semiconductor or industrial construction.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple customers simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of LEAN construction practices.

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in Construction Management or related technical field.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or semiconductor construction experience.
