🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness
• Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions
• Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in EMR system

📋 Requirements

• Active counseling license or certification in practicing state
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR, and telehealth platforms
• Passionate about supporting individuals in recovery and building therapeutic relationships
• Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

• Experience with evidence-based addiction treatment curricula
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
