Description

In this role, you will actively source and build strong pipelines of backend engineers, system engineers, and technology experts to support Nebius's continuous growth. You'll craft personalized outreach, conduct screening, and collaborate with hiring managers to design effective sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, specializing in Backend/General Tech (Software Engineers, Python Engineers, Platform Engineers, Cloud Platform Engineer, Site Reliability and Infrastructure Engineers, DevOps, Systems Engineers, Data Platform Engineers)
• Strong sourcing expertise and familiarity with tech talent pools, platforms, and communities

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage engineers through diverse channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean Search, professional communities, conferences, networking, employee referrals)
• Build, maintain, and refresh a pool of qualified engineers for current and future hiring needs; provide funnel statistics to Hiring Managers
• Craft personalized outreach to spark interest and showcase opportunities at Nebius
• Conduct resume reviews and initial calls to assess candidates' technical background and motivation
• Partner with engineering leaders to understand role requirements and design effective sourcing strategies
