You'll own a territory of upper mid-market and lower enterprise accounts, driving full-cycle SaaS deals that position Ironclad as a strategic AI-powered contracting platform. You'll orchestrate multi-stakeholder evaluations with Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to tie value to revenue acceleration and risk reduction. This role blends the pace of mid-market with the strategic complexity of enterprise, ideal for sellers who love velocity and sophistication.

  • Own a Select territory with full quota accountability for new business and expansion
  • Drive full-cycle sales: prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close multi-stakeholder deals
  • Partner with Solution Engineers to design tailored evaluations and demos
  • Leverage partners and alliances to source pipeline and co-sell

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets
  • Experience selling into upper mid-market / lower enterprise segments (1,000โ€“7,000 employees)
  • Demonstrated success running multi-stakeholder, multi-threaded deals

  • ASP of $100K+ in previous roles
  • Experience with Legal or Procurement buyers
  • Familiarity with Salesforce forecasting and pipeline management
