You'll own a territory of upper mid-market and lower enterprise accounts, driving full-cycle SaaS deals that position Ironclad as a strategic AI-powered contracting platform. You'll orchestrate multi-stakeholder evaluations with Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to tie value to revenue acceleration and risk reduction. This role blends the pace of mid-market with the strategic complexity of enterprise, ideal for sellers who love velocity and sophistication.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a Select territory with full quota accountability for new business and expansion
- Drive full-cycle sales: prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close multi-stakeholder deals
- Partner with Solution Engineers to design tailored evaluations and demos
- Leverage partners and alliances to source pipeline and co-sell
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets
- Experience selling into upper mid-market / lower enterprise segments (1,000โ7,000 employees)
- Demonstrated success running multi-stakeholder, multi-threaded deals

- ASP of $100K+ in previous roles
- Experience with Legal or Procurement buyers
- Familiarity with Salesforce forecasting and pipeline management
