Description

In this remote role, you will drive client revenue by building high-potential publisher relationships in the Mexico/LATAM affiliate market, managing top partners, and executing performance strategies. You'll be an expert in client verticals, proactively identify new partnerships, and pitch high-value opportunities to meet growth goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years business development or relevant work experience (account management, contract negotiations, marketing).
  • Experience working in sales or account management with enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
  • Experience in performance marketing (particularly affiliate marketing) preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Knowledge of the digital Mexican market.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and persuasive.
  • Comfortable leading client-facing presentations.
  • Experience working from home and in a corporate office, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to overall revenue goal for Growth Partnerships department through optimization of publishers including paid placements, commission increases, and products for reviews.
  • Update department relationship tracker and client-approved placement tracker consistently.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in client verticals and partner relationships.
  • Proactively research and identify new high-quality partnerships using tools like SimilarWeb.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with top publishers independently.
  • Manage top 10 partner relationships and budget to drive client growth.
  • Create and own strategy for recruitment and/or paid placement initiatives aligned with client goals.
  • Pitch innovative opportunities to clients, overcoming objections with data-driven rationale.
