💼 About This Role

You'll manage daily operations in the compounding labs, overseeing non-sterile compounding and a team of technicians. You'll support scale-up of compounding capabilities and contribute to development of new treatments. This role is critical to maximizing quality and patient safety in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage patient-specific non-sterile compounding activities
• Supervise compounding technicians and lab assistants
• Train new technicians on equipment and processes
• Maintain documentation, environmental controls, and certifications

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of front-line leadership experience
• Familiarity with USP chapters 795 and 800
• Experience in a compounding pharmacy
• Familiarity with Computer Rx pharmacy software

• Bachelor of Science degree
• Pharmacy Technician Certification
