You'll support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles at a company building a proactive AI chat app. You'll keep hiring moving smoothly through sourcing, screening, and coordination. This is a hands-on role to learn high-quality technical hiring in practice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support full recruitment process across roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection

📋 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or coordination
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems
